Equipped with 18 saw-toothed steel blades mounted on free-turning axles, the Court Devil Jr. works by agitating the top layer of the court, making it ideal for loosening compacted areas and breaking up hardpan. It’s especially effective in localized spots of compaction and for maintaining courts with heavy use. The blades are angled to scarify the surface as the unit is pushed across the court, making it an excellent tool for regular scarification or for lightly prepping the surface for resurfacing.

The Court Devil Jr. is also well-suited for maintaining sub-surface irrigated Har-Tru courts, including HydroCourt and HyQ systems, and for ensuring consistent playability in compacted areas. For added weight and deeper penetration, you can place bags of Har-Tru or other weights on the sturdy deck, with a maximum recommendation of 50 lbs for optimal performance.
