Warranty
For one year from the date of purchase, Har-Tru Sports will either repair or replace, at its option, free of charge, any parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The purchaser must pay transportation charges under this warranty unless return is requested by Har-Tru. This warranty will not apply to any part which has become inoperative due to misuse, accident, neglect, improper maintenance or alterations. The unit must be operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions furnished.
Power Rollers
For two years from the date of purchase, Har-Tru Sports will either repair or replace, at its option, free of charge, any parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The purchaser must pay transportation charges under this warranty unless return is requested by Har-Tru. The warranty does not apply to the engine, motor, battery charger, or component parts thereof. Please refer to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty on these items.
Tennis & Pickleball Nets
Har-Tru, LLC offers a prorated warranty on all the nets. The length of the warranty varies by net type. This warranty is against defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper installation and use. It does not include damage due to shipping and handling, abuse, negligence, alterations, vandalism or acts of God. Any product being returned under warranty must be returned at the purchaser’s expense to Har-Tru,LLC for examination. Should the product be found to be defective under the terms of warranty, Har-Tru, LLC reserves the right to repair or replace the item in lieu of the terms below. All warranty periods run from the date of installation or (60) days after shipment by Har-Tru, LLC.
Pickleball Nets
#101-727: Platform/Pickleball Net, 2-year prorated warranty
Must be received as a credit against the purchase of a new net from Har-Tru, LLC. The warranty amount will be as follows:
- 100% within 1 year (100% of original cost)
- 25% within 2nd year (25% of original cost)
Note: Proof of purchase is necessary and will be used to determine the original cost.
#101-714: Har-Tru Economy Pickleball, 2-year prorated warranty
Must be received as a credit against the purchase of a new net from Har-Tru, LLC. The warranty amount will be as follows:
- 100% within 1 year (100% of original cost)
- 25% within 2nd year (25% of original cost)

#101-713: CourtMaster Paddle/Platform, 2-year prorated warranty
Must be received as a credit against the purchase of a new net from Har-Tru, LLC. The warranty amount will be as follows:
- 100% within 1 year (100% of original cost)
- 25% within 2nd year (25% of original cost)

#101-729: Knotless Pickleball, 2-year prorated warranty
Must be received as a credit against the purchase of a new net from Har-Tru, LLC. The warranty amount will be as follows:

Tennis Nets
#105-700T: Har-Tru Revolution Net, 5-year prorated warranty
Must be received as a credit against the purchase of a new net from Har-Tru, LLC. The warranty amount will be as follows:
- 100% within 1 year (100% of original cost)
- 50% within 2nd year (50% of original cost)
- 20% within 3rd year (20% of original cost)
- 10% within 4th year (10% of original cost)
- 5% within 5th year (5% of original cost)

Must be received as a credit against the purchase of a new net from Har-Tru, LLC. The warranty amount will be as follows:

- 50% within 2nd year (50% of original cost)
- 20% within 3rd year (20% of original cost)
- 10% within 4th year (10% of original cost)
- 5% within 5th year (5% of original cost)

Must be received as a credit against the purchase of a new net from Har-Tru, LLC. The warranty amount will be as follows:

- 50% within 2nd year (50% of original cost)
- 20% within 3rd year (20% of original cost)
- 10% within 4th year (10% of original cost)
- 5% within 5th year (5% of original cost)

Must be received as a credit against the purchase of a new net from Har-Tru, LLC. The warranty amount will be as follows:
- 100% within 1 year (100% of original cost)
- 50% within 2nd year (50% of original cost)
- 20% within 3rd year (20% of original cost)
- 10% within 4th year (10% of original cost)
- 5% within 5th year (5% of original cost)

#105-701 Standard, CourtMaster DHS, 3-year prorated warranty
Must be received as a credit against the purchase of a new net from Har-Tru, LLC. The warranty amount will be as follows:
- 100% within 1st year (100% of original cost)
- 50% within 2nd year (50% of original cost)
- 10% within 3rd year (10% of original cost)
Note: Proof of purchase is necessary and will be used to determine the original cost.
The above express warranties are in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties beyond those express set forth above.
Buyer’s remedies are limited to replacement or repair of the defective product, in Har-Tru’s sole discretion. Neither Har-Tru nor any parent or affiliate of Har-Tru is liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the products covered by this warranty.
Some states do not allow limitation of warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
